Bermuda Mai Tai recipe

Here is a adorable recipe for Bermuda Mai Tai, with tequila, triple sec, peach schnapps, pineapple juice, light rum and dark rum.

  • 1 oz peach schnapps
  • 1 oz tequila
  • 1 oz triple sec
  • 1/2 oz dark rum
  • 1/2 oz light rum
  • 3 1/2 oz pineapple juice

Fill a martini shaker about half full with ice cubes.
Pour about a shot of tequila, triple sec, peach schnapps, and light rum.
Fill with a roughly equal amount of pineapple juice (to taste), and shake well.
Pour into a large glass with crushed ice.
Top off with dark rum and stir a little.
Garnish and serve.

Serve in a Parfait Glass.
