A divine recipe for Indian Summer Cocktail, with Bacardi white rum, Appleton Estate Dark Jamaica rum, pineapple juice, grapefruit juice, currant syrup and Sprite soda.

  • 1 oz Appleton Estate Dark Jamaica rum
  • 1 oz Bacardi white rum
  • 1 oz grapefruit juice
  • 1 splash Sprite soda
  • 1/2 oz currant syrup
  • 2 oz pineapple juice

Pour all ingredients into a highball glass filled with ice cubes, stir and serve.

Serve in a Highball Glass.

Appleton Skyy Soda recipe

This is a appetizing recipe for Appleton Skyy Soda, with Skyy vodka, Appleton Estate Dark Jamaica rum and Schweppes club soda.

  • 1/2 - 1 oz Appleton Estate Dark Jamaica rum
  • 2 oz Skyy vodka
  • 6 - 8 oz Schweppes club soda

Add Skyy vodka and Appleton Estate rum to a hurricane glass over ice cubes.
Peel and squeeze a segment or two of sweet Clementine, peeled.
Drop in.
Add Schweppes club soda, stir, and serve.

Serve in a Hurricane Glass.

Embassy Cocktail recipe

Here is a delightful recipe for Embassy Cocktail, with brandy, Cointreau orange liqueur, Appleton Estate Dark Jamaica rum, lime juice and Angostura bitters.

  • 1 dash Angostura bitters
  • 1/2 oz fresh lime juice
  • 3/4 oz Appleton Estate Dark Jamaica rum
  • 3/4 oz Cointreau orange liqueur
  • 3/4 oz brandy

Shake well with ice and strain into a chilled cocktail glass.
Garnish with a lime wedge, and serve.

Serve in a Cocktail Glass.
