  • 1 cup crushed ice
  • 1 oz Bacardi Coco rum
  • 1 oz cranberry juice
  • 1 oz grenadine syrup
  • 1 oz orange juice
  • 1 oz peach schnapps
  • 1 oz pineapple juice
  • 1/2 oz Bacardi white rum

Add all ingredients to a blender.
Blend until smooth.
Pour into a hurricane glass, and serve.

  • 1 splash cranberry juice
  • 1/2 oz Bacardi Coco rum
  • 1/2 oz Bacardi Limon rum
  • 1/2 oz Bacardi O rum
  • 1/2 oz Bacardi Razz rum
  • 1/2 oz Bacardi vanilla rum

Combine all of the rums into a tumbler with ice.
Add enough cranberry to turn the drink a light red color.
Shake well and strain into a rocks glass.
Shoot.

Serve in a Shot Glass.

  • 1 oz Bacardi Coco rum
  • 1 oz Bacardi gold rum
  • 1 splash sweet and sour mix
  • 4 oz pineapple juice

Layer ingredients in a cocktail glass, and serve.

A delightful recipe for Coco Martini, with Bacardi Coco rum, Kahlua coffee liqueur and brown creme de cacao.

  • 1 1/2 oz Bacardi Coco rum
  • 1/2 oz brown creme de cacao
  • 3/4 oz Kahlua coffee liqueur

Pour Bacardi Coco, Kahlua and brown creme de cacao into a mixing glass.
Shake, and strain into a cocktail/martini glass.
Spiral chocolate syrup from the center to the outer rim.
Garnish with a chocolate spiral, and serve.

Serve in a Cocktail Glass.
