Check out this exquisite recipe for Lounge Lizard, with dark rum, amaretto almond liqueur and Coca-Cola.

  • 1 oz dark rum
  • 1/2 oz amaretto almond liqueur
  • 7 oz chilled Coca-Cola

Pour the rum and amaretto into a collins glass filled with ice cubes.
Stir well.
Fill with chilled cola, garnish with a slice of lime, and serve.

Serve in a Collins Glass.

Cuba Libre Espana recipe

A scrumptious recipe for Cuba Libre Espana, with sweet sherry, white rum, dark rum, limes and Coca-Cola.

  • 1 oz sweet sherry
  • 1/2 oz dark rum
  • 1/2 oz white rum
  • 5 oz chilled Coca-Cola
  • juice of 1/2 limes

Squeeze lime juice directly into a collins glass and add shell.
Fill with ice and pour in the sherry, rums and cola.
Serve with straws.

Serve in a Collins Glass.
