Here is a distinctive recipe for Bali Dream, with Bacardi white rum, Bacardi black rum, creme de bananes, Passoa liqueur, coconut liqueur, grenadine syrup and orange juice.

  • 10 cl coconut liqueur
  • 10 cl grenadine syrup
  • 20 cl Bacardi black rum
  • 20 cl Bacardi white rum
  • 20 cl Passoa liqueur
  • 20 cl creme de bananes
  • 200 cl orange juice

Put all ingredients in shaker together with some ice-cubes.
Shake well.
Serve with piece of banana on top of the glass.

Serve in a Cocktail Glass.

Bahama Mama recipe

A exquisite recipe for Bahama Mama, with coffee liqueur, dark rum, coconut liqueur, 151 proof rum, lemons and pineapple juice.

  • 1/2 oz coconut liqueur
  • 1/2 oz dark rum
  • 1/4 oz 151 proof rum
  • 1/4 oz coffee liqueur
  • 4 oz pineapple juice
  • juice of 1/2 lemons

Combine all ingredients and pour over cracked ice in a collins glass.
Decorate with a strawberry or cherry and serve.

Serve in a Collins Glass.

Dark Side recipe

This is a nice recipe for Dark Side, with coconut liqueur, Bacardi white rum and chocolate syrup.

  • 1/2 oz Bacardi white rum
  • 1/2 oz coconut liqueur
  • chocolate syrup

Combine the coconut liqueur and Bacardi white rum in a shot glass, stirring to mix.
Add just enough syrup to dissolve in it.
The syrup should make the drink creamy but liquid enough to go down smoothly.

Serve in a Shot Glass.
