This is a very pleasant recipe for A Furlong Too Late, with light rum, ginger beer and lemon.

  • 1 twist lemon peel
  • 2 oz light rum
  • 4 oz ginger beer

Pour rum and ginger beer into a highball glass almost filled with ice cubes.
Stir well, and garnish with a lemon twist.

Serve in a Highball Glass.

Anejo Highball recipe

Here is a divine recipe for Anejo Highball, with anejo rum, Orange Curacao liqueur, ginger beer, lime juice and Angostura bitters.

  • 1 1/2 oz anejo rum
  • 1/2 oz Orange Curacao liqueur
  • 1/4 oz fresh lime juice
  • 2 dashes Angostura bitters
  • 2 oz ginger beer

Build in a highball glass and fill with ginger beer.
Garnish with a lime wheel and an orange slice, and serve.

Serve in a Highball Glass.

Hard Eight recipe

Check out this tasteful recipe for Hard Eight, with Haitian dark rum, limes, Peychaud bitters and ginger beer.

  • 1 1/2 oz Haitian dark rum
  • 2 dashes Peychaud bitters
  • fill with ginger beer
  • juice of 1/2 limes

Add rum, lime juice and bitters to an ice-filled collins glass.
Fill with ginger beer.
Garnish with a lime wheel and a lemon spiral.

Serve in a Collins Glass.
