  • 2 oz kiwi liqueur
  • 4 oz pineapple juice

Pour the kiwi liqueur, Bacardi white rum and pineapple juice into a cocktail shaker with 5 ice cubes.
Shake well, pour into a collins glass, and serve.

Serve in a Collins Glass.
