This is a heavenly recipe for Tom and Jerry Punch, with eggs, powdered sugar, allspice, cinnamon, cloves, brandy, dark rum, coffee and nutmeg.
- 1/2 tsp ground allspice
- 1/2 tsp ground cinnamon
- 1/2 tsp ground cloves
- 3 seperated eggs
- 3 tbsp powdered sugar
- brandy
- dark rum
- grated nutmeg
- hot coffee
Beat egg whites to a stiff froth.
Separately beat egg yolks until light in color, gradually add the powdered sugar and spices.
Fold yolk mixture into whites.
Divide mixture between four 8 oz.
mugs.
Add 1/2 shot brandy and 1 shot rum to each mug, fill with hot beverage(coffee, can also try water or milk).
Stir well and top with nutmeg.
Serve in a Punch Bowl.

- 1 cup powdered sugar
- 1/2 cup apricot brandy
- 4 cups whipping cream
- 6 large eggs
- 750 ml dark rum
- freshly ground nutmeg
Separate eggs and refrigerate the whites.
Beat ylks until light in color.
Gradually beat in sugar, then slowly beat in 1 cup of rum.
Let stand covered for atleast 1 hr.
Add rest of liquor, cream, and peack brandy, beating constantly.
Refrigerate, covered, for 3 hours.
Beat egg whites until stiff, fold in.
Serve sprinkled with nutmeg.
Serve in a punch bowl or another medium sized bowl.

Here is a delicious recipe for 187 Cocktail, with RedRum rum, 99 Bananas banana schnapps, strawberry daiquiri mix, sweet and sour mix, triple sec, powdered sugar, 7-Up soda, ice cream and whipped cream.
- 1 oz 99 Bananas banana schnapps
- 1 oz RedRum rum
- 1 oz whipped cream
- 1 scoop ice cream
- 1 splash 7-Up soda
- 1 splash strawberry daiquiri mix
- 1 splash sweet and sour mix
- 1 splash triple sec
- 1 tsp powdered sugar
Come all ingredients in a blender; add ice untill there is no funnel.
Take out the middle of the blenders lid, and while still blending add a squirt of whipped cream.
Serve with whipped cream on top and a maraschino cherry.
Serve in a Hurricane Glass.
