This is a mouthwatering recipe for The Maxim, with vodka, rum, gin, tequila, Blue Curacao liqueur, orange juice, cranberry juice and Sprite soda.
- 1 1/2 oz cranberry juice
- 1 oz vodka
- 1 splash Blue Curacao liqueur
- 1 splash Sprite soda
- 1 splash orange juice
- 1/2 oz gin
- 1/2 oz rum
- 1/2 oz tequila
Mix all ingredients except cranberry juice and sprite in a shaker of ice.
Add cranberry juice slowly till you reach desired gray color.
Shake, top off wiht a splash of sprite.
Garnish with a lemon peel.
Enjoy
Serve in a Cocktail Glass.

A tasty recipe for Citizen Cane, with Appleton Estate V/X Jamaican rum, Dubonnet Rouge vermouth, caramel liqueur, passion-fruit puree, sugar cane juice, Fee Brothers peach bitters and overproof rum. Also lists similar drink
- 1 oz Appleton Estate V/X Jamaican rum
- 1 oz passion-fruit puree
- 1/2 oz caramel liqueur
- 1/2 oz overproof rum
- 2 oz sugar cane juice
- 3 dashes Fee Brothers peach bitters
- 3/4 oz Dubonnet Rouge vermouth
First take slices of pear and place them on a saucer, pour on raw sugar, douse in the overproof rum, and light.
When caramelised this will become the drink garnish.
Pour the rest of the ingredients into a shaker, shake hard and fast and strain over crushed ice into a highball glass.
Serve.
