- 10 oz brandy
- 16 oz whipped cream
- 2 cinnamon sticks
- 48 oz strong black coffee
- 8 oz dark rum
- 8 oz white rum
- brown sugar
- orange peel
Sweeten the coffee with brown sugar to taste.
Mix coffee, liquor, and orange peel in a pan.
Heat gently, but do not boil.
Let infuse for a couple of minutes.
Pour into pre-warmed heat-resistent glasses.
Float whipped cream on top.
Garnish with thin strip of peel of orange and nutmeg.

- 1 dash Angostura bitters
- 1 part gin
- 1 part white rum
- 2 - 4 ice cubes
- fill with bitter lemon soda
Take a tall glass, put a few ice cubes on top of each other.
Pour the Gin and the rum in the glass.
Fill the glass with bitter lemon.
Leave some of the ice over the surface, so that you can pour the angostura on top of it.

- 1 1/2 cups vodka
- 1 1/2 cups white rum
- 1 bottle Champagne
- 1 package Kool-Aid Cherry mix
- 1 package Kool-Aid Strawberry mix
- 2 cups sugar
- 2 liters ginger ale
- 2 qt ice
- 2 qt water
- 6 oz frozen lemonade
- 6 oz frozen orange juice
Mix Kool-Aid, juice, lemonade, sugar, and water.
Add booze and ice cubes and let cool.
Add champagne and ginger ale before serving.
Adjust punch to party mood with more vodka.
Serve in a Punch Bowl.
