Here is a scrumptious recipe for Island Jim, with Malibu coconut rum, Jim Beam bourbon whiskey, banana liqueur, pineapple juice, sweet and sour mix, pink lemonade and Coca-Cola.

• 1 oz pineapple juice
• 1 oz pink lemonade
• 1 oz sweet and sour mix
• 1/2 oz Jim Beam bourbon whiskey
• 2 oz Coca-Cola
• 3/4 oz Malibu coconut rum
• 3/4 oz banana liqueur

Combine all ingredients (except cola) in a cocktail shaker half-filled with ice cubes, and shake well.
Strain over ice in a collins glass, top with cola, and serve.

Serve in a Collins Glass.
